Ginger Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 loaf of crusty bread, such as ciabatta, baguette, or sourdough
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the butter is melted and bubbly.
- Cut into slices and serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use a mixture of butter and Parmesan cheese.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
